How to Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team at hello@cooktronics.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions within 24 hours.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
